Rural Medicine Rotation

We offer an opportunity for students to do a primary care rotation in a rural, underserved setting. Students will be paired with a family medicine practice and exposed to the broader skill set and additional knowledge required to practice medicine in a rural community. Students will work with practitioners providing longitudinal primary, preventative, and perinatal care and performing those bedside procedures commonly performed in primary care. We will accept a limited number of 3rd and 4th year students.
