Life Before Medical School: Afterschool teacher and did oncopathology research at UCLA.

Why Ventura: When looking for a residency, fit was very important to me and Community Memorial checked all my boxes. The residents, attendings, and GME faculty were welcoming, personable, and after multiple interviews, tour, and an engaging social, I was confident that Community Memorial was the program for me. Ventura is a nice hybrid between quiet town and beach city. As someone from Los Angeles that loves the beach and hiking, Ventura fulfills what I look for in a location and I’m excited to explore more of it.

Next Adventure: Will be going to Italy and France in the summer!
