Why Ventura: Having the opportunity to receive outstanding medical training while living in arguably the most beautiful part of Southern California almost sounds too good to be true. I certainly thought this was the case before I visited Community Memorial, and I have never been happier to be wrong. It’s rare to find a program that checks off every item on the residency training wish list: exceptional training, supportive residents, staff and team members, a program director that is genuinely invested in the wellbeing of his residents, and not to mention: beautiful weather, beach views, delicious food, and a prime location with plenty of activities in surrounding areas.

Next Adventure: Moving to Ventura and hopefully learning to surf while I’m there!

Medical Interests: Sports, Hand/UE. My non-medical interests include spending time with my beautiful fiancé and two cats, working out, playing basketball, video games, and cooking.
