Why Ventura? I grew up visiting my grandparents, who lived in Ventura, over the summer. It was always the highlight of my year! I always dreamed I’d get the chance to call this beautiful beach town my home. My interview day at Community Memorial sealed the deal, even over Zoom, the culture of this program really stuck out as friendly and supportive.

Next Adventure: Exploring the beach! I recently found a love for snorkeling and am trying to carve out more time to enjoy underwater wildlife.
